Current Vacancy: Residential Conveyancer
Residential Conveyancer:
We are recruiting for the role of Residential Conveyancer for our Residential Property Department.
Contract Type: Full time.
Location: Office based with flexible working applications considered after successful probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds, and transfers of equity.
- Deliver high-quality, accurate work with minimal supervision.
- Maintain excellent client accessibility and communication.
- Ensure good financial management of files.
- Support the firm in achieving and maintaining accreditations such as Lexcel and CQS.
Candidate Profile
- At least 2–3 years’ proven experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions.
- Committed to client care and high professional standards.
- Experience working with quality standards (Lexcel/CQS) is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications: Solicitor, CILEX, desirable.
