We have a clear career map for all lawyers and provide a guide to reaching partnership at Hartlaw. We operate a performance management process within an online employee experience platform. Professional Legal Supervision: Being a lawyer can at times be tough. We recognise that every day our family and private client lawyers are working with clients who are going through an emotionally stressful time. That is why we offer supervision with Juliette Kinsey of Just Talk Supervision to both teams as part of our wellbeing offering.
Reward and Recognition: We believe in giving and receiving regular feedback and relish the opportunity to recognise the efforts of our people. We have a monthly core values award, and enjoy celebrating the success of our people, as well as work anniversaries, Christmas and Easter.
