There are millions of people in the UK who use either hearing aids or cochlear implants – a large proportion of whom could benefit greatly from hearing loops. Hartlaw have invested in a portable induction loop system, which will make it easier for hearing aid users to hear and communicate better during meetings in the interview rooms.
Ensuring equality of access is also a requirement of the 2010 Equality Act. We hope this helps ensure that more of our clientele feel better served by Hartlaw.
