We regularly assist both Landlords and Tenants with a number of issues including (but not limited to) the preparation of assured shorthold tenancy agreements (AST’s), repossession of residential property, claims to evict trespassers from private land, property disrepair claims, issues relating to rent arrears, relief from forfeiture applications, lease renewal notices/Court applications, (commercial) dilapidations claims, actions and s146 notices for breaches of lease covenants including unauthorised subletting.
We also have specialist knowledge in the health and social care/SSH sector and can provide expert advice to Care Providers and Registered Social Landlords on Agreement’s for Lease, Service Level Agreements, Leases, Care Contracts, regulatory issues and disputes relating to the same.
